The official OM1 Cipher is an invite only Circle of Original Men dedicated to the renewal and the revival of the AGREEMENT of answer 10 of Lost Found Muslim Lesson Number 2, wherein it states;

"... So they have AGREED that the ONLY God is the SON of MAN. So they lose no time searching for that that does not exist."

All who sincerely align with the above agreement are already OM1 (meaning Original Man First, One & Only) and can rightfully claim OM1 regardless of who, or where they are. By default, they (or you) are "Original Man First".
